If these exercises are skated at a slow tempo and with a fair amount of curve they can be a 3-brackets but with speed  they are most often performed as 2 rockers.

Counters and Rockers
This shape of exercise works for all counters and rockers.
This shape of exercise can also be performed with a FI, FO or BI start.
